Boca Beach House
Boca Beach House:
I stumbled upon this little eatery on my own. I occasionally work in Boca Raton at my office there off of Palmetto Park Rd. It was a normal day where I spend time trying to find something new and different for lunch. I actually was trying to find a different restaurant that I knew of from a few years ago. I came to find out that one actually had closed. So while I was in that strip mall, I found this little gem. It is located very east on Palmetto Park Rd. just before you hit A1A. You will be within walking distance to the beach if you feel like seeing the water after a good lunch.
The decor is a very vibrant beach house type feel to it, guess that’s why they named it the way they did. It was not very busy, but I did go around 2pm in the afternoon. They are open from 8am to 4pm each day and serve breakfast and lunch daily. There is a good amount of seating and even a little counter. If it is not too hot of a day out, you can even sit on the sidewalk tables outdoors. I had an unsweetened iced tea as my drink. For my entree I had the Tacos, which you get to choose the type of meat you want or you can have shrimp. I chose blackened chicken for mine. They come with all the traditional fixings in (lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and avocado. There is also a spicy chipotle sauce but I did not get that.) I must say that the taste was completely amazing and really exploded with flavor in your mouth. It also came with an order of fries which were perfectly crisp and golden in color just like I prefer them. They have a little bit of seasoning on them which makes them even better. The portions were just the right amount of food for one person. I am looking forward to taking my friends back here to show them as well.
