I was hungry one night and struggling to figure out what I wanted to eat. As I browsed through my Door Dash app, I came across Lorenzo’s Pizza. You can find it in a small strip mall where Federal Highway and Sunrise Blvd. meet. It’s located on the curve. I’ve never eaten inside the place but have ordered for delivery.

The Food:

I ordered two things so that I had one for dinner and one for lunch the next day. The first was a meat lover’s pizza. I have to say this was a really good choice. The crust is a thin-style with a ton of bacon, ham, sausage, and pepperoni. I like the way they cook it with a nice crispness to it.

I love my meats, and this is more than satisfying. I highly recommend if you try this place out that, you need at least have the pizza once.

For my second item, I ordered the meatball parmesan sub. You will not go away hungry by eating this sandwich. You will find several perfectly seasoned meatballs topped with marinara sauce and gooey mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. The bread could be a little better, but for the type of sub, it worked just fine. The meatballs themselves had a nice Italian seasoning to them and were very flavorful.

Pricing $-$$:  You could easily pass by Lorenzo’s Pizza and miss out on really good food. Stop in and check it out.
